During the design phase of cable assembly work, a client specific cable identification number is provided and the length, cable type, connector A and connector B information is generated. A coaxial cable assembly will also be RF swept. Some projects require additional testing requirements, which are also performed at this time. For example, category ethernet cables will also have a wire-map performed and a sweep test performed.<\/p>\n<p>TPS are understandably proud of our custom cable manufacturing service and have invested heavily in the correct technology and training for our operators to ensure reliable cable performance.\u00a0All custom cable assemblies are labelled with industry leading Brady cable labels.
