For many years, Repco Australia operated a national network of Memorex-Telex controllers and terminals across all of their retail and commercial sales outlets, warehousing and distribution centres and offices. The hardware utilized was end of life and out of support. TPS were engaged to provide a national support, repair and replacement service for Repco for several years until their platform could be upgraded. To support this program, TPS purchased large quantities of the obsolete hardware, had it refurbished, repaired, configured, and continued to support all Repco locations.
Throughout the operation of the program, TPS supported over 150 disparate locations, Australia wide.
